Ms. Elizabeth "Liz" Lawson hails from Freeport, Long Island, New York.  Liz is retired from the United States Army after serving with distinction in significant and rewarding tours throughout the world.  The latter part of her military career was in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency in a number of different roles.  In 2005, she joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a project manager.  Rising to Senior Associate, she supported the Department of Defense and intelligence community in a diverse range of activities focused on project management, strategic communications, and training and development.  In 2015, Liz joined SoundWay Consulting as a senior resource manager.  She is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruit, screen, negotiate compensation, and place staff -- balancing competitive labor category rates with fair compensation.  She recently became a part of the SoundWay leadership team and now serves as the Business Operations Manager overseeing recruiting, IT, resource management, HR, security, among others.  Liz earned a B.S. in Liberal Arts (cum laude) with an emphasis on Business from Excelsior College.  She earned an Associates’ certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. And she earned her M.A. in Management (Organizational Leadership) from American Military University.

Diane brings more than 23 years of government service experience that spans the entire information technology (IT) lifecycle as both a member of the United States Army and as a government contractor supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Prior to starting SoundWay Diane was Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Worldwide Information Network Systems (WINS; now a ManTech subsidiary) and a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton. Her military assignments include the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the US Army Personnel Command (PERSCOM) - now US Army Human Resources Command.  Diane is a service-disabled veteran who served 11 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves.  She holds a Master's Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University and ESI, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Management Systems from Strayer University where she graduated Cum Laude. Diane is a lifetime Northern-Virginia Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association's (AFCEA NOVA) member and has supported and held various Committee Board positions on AFCEA NOVA's Women in Northern-Virginia-AFCEA (WIN); Military & Government Transition Panel; and Small Business/AFCEA NOVA committees.

Angelo brings more than 16 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) as both a member of the US Army and a government contractor. His deep and varied professional background includes positions such as: Integration & Program Manager, Software and Systems Engineer, Senior Applications Trainer, and Imagery Intelligence Analyst. Angelo has managed distinct, globally-dispersed teams performing mission critical information technology services to various client organizations including the Defense Intelligence Agency, US Central Command, US Special Operations Commands, the National Ground Intelligence Center, and various Joint Task Force Headquarters. Angelo received his Master of Science in Management from Troy University Sorrell College of Business, and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College of Missouri. Angelo has also served as a Business and Information Systems Adjunct Professor for Strayer University.

Becky brings more than 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) as a government contractor. Her technical expertise includes Cloud technologies, Big Data, Service Oriented Architectures, Semantics and data and interoperability standards in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Organization (JIEDDO), the National Ground Intelligence Agency (NGIC), the Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), the Under Secretary of Defense - Intelligence(USD-I) and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). Becky received her Master of Information Systems from George Mason University where she received the ISSE Outstanding Student Award. Her undergraduate degree is from Duke University. Becky is also a member of the Washington Executive Big Data Council.
