Medical Insurance
100% of an employee’s medical, dental, and vision
plan premiums are paid by SoundWay (for all but one of several available plans).

Long & Short Term Disability
Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability plan is available to all employees at no cost.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full time employees accrue PTO. PTO may be used for vacation or sick leave. An employee's PTO benefit is determined based on a combination of the employee's time with the company, level of expertise, and years of experience.

Parental Leave
Qualifying employees are provided up to an additional two weeks paid leave upon the birth or adoption of a child.

Employee Referral Bonus
Full time and part time employees are eligible to receive the monetary employee-referral bonus. Bonuses begin at $1,000.

SoundWay's payroll is semi-monthly and paid via direct deposit.
